Are you a leader or a follower?

What would be your answer to this question?

    Person cannot be leader until he himself is a follower of his belief and ideas, and leads that beliefs. I wanna be a leader because i do belief in ideas and has a belief and want to lead. how do i lead, by peace,preach or violent way, thats a another question

    in my opinion every person should be a follower first..bcz beinga follower we will enhance our knowledge our manageiral skills ..we get a chance to polish our abilities..and show our hidden talents…being a follower encalcates more confidence,motivates us and fills u up with more dedication..zeal and eager so that we aspire to grow more..and should build leadership qualities..tht what i feel..

    No person over the decades are born leaders or a good follower i suppose, beings definately need to learn from the failures. So try to be a follower untill you urself realze the inturn leader in you.
