Every interviewer has their own style of evaluating a candidate. Some interviewers make the hiring decision within ten minutes, while some of them do an extended and an in-depth interview. There is every possibility that a candidate hired by one kind of interviewer may not be selected by another kind of interview. Interview is a kind of a strategy game that we play. The result of the interview is not certain unless the interviewer gives you some hints. Winners are awarded with a job, while losers are not. That’s the fun of attending an interview.
Below is a fabulous video that teaches you how to tackle different kinds of interviewers. I could connect with what the narrator was telling in the video. I am sure that after watching this video you will find some ideas and tips that you had never thought of before.

Update:
Here is an interesting comment that I found in the comments section of the above video’s youtube page. I thought this comment was worth sharing.
Maybe it would actually be possible to get a job if employers, ALL you rich sons of… if you stopped using fricking psychology on EVERY potential employee. We’re not all actors, humans are flawed, get over it and hire me and the rest of my age group before we’re fricking ninety years old.
How true. I wonder why these employers force us to act in unnatural manners. Can’t we be just ourselves and get a job?
