LinkedIn Profile vs Paper Resume

This presentation articulates the advantages of having a LinkedIn profile over a traditional résumé. Paper Résumé is soon going to be a passé and LinkedIn is the way to go!

    its a good presentation. However, most recruiters don’t even care to check the emails one sends to them before attending the interview.

    @shashi kanth, True, that’s because they are flooded with cold emails and resumes.
    Who knows, considering the rate at LinkedIn network is growing now, recruiters probably would hunt for people with impressive linkedin profiles and reverse the current scenario where people looking for jobs hunt for recruiters.
