What is your greatest weakness?

by Sridhar Jammalamadaka on September 2, 2009

This is a video from collegegrad.com about answering a frequently asked interview question, “What is your greatest weakness?”.

In this video, Brian Krueger suggests not to present your strengths as a weakness. Such as “I work too much”, “I work and work and work”.

He advices to talk about a true weakness and show what you are doing to overcome that weakness. Such as “I have had a problem in the past with prioritization, however I am taking steps to correct it. I am using a pocket planner to write down my tasks.” and show them your pocket planner and how you using it overcome your weakness.
