Being nervous during a job interview is common – common enough that interviewers are trained to look for signs of nervousness in those they’re interviewing. There are lots of ways to deal with nervousness and anxiety while in the actual interview, but you may be feeling nervous before your interview, as well.

Pre-interview anxiety can cause mild problems with concentration on whatever you’re supposed to be doing before the job, but if you already have problems with anxiety, it may lead you to even consider cancelling the interview.
